I can't emphasize how immaculate this hotel was! The staff was amazing—friendly and attentive, particularly Staci. Everything was clean, from the lobby to the room. The cookies at check-in were a delightful touch, making for an unexpectedly pleasant stay.

The staff here was friendly and genuinely helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant.

The breakfast options were limited and several items were served cold, which was disappointing given the expectations.

I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. The first room had a loose pipe under the sink, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Although we moved to another room, the heat never worked properly and the TV required multiple interventions before it was functional.

Exceptional cleanliness everywhere

The King Room with Roll-In Shower was super clean and comfy! The bed felt great, and I loved the sliding barn door for the bathroom—it was a cool touch even if it didn't fully lock. The only weird part was some vibration in the floor, but it went away by night. The water pressure was solid, and the room was quiet, even near the elevator. Overall, a pleasant stay despite the few odd things.

The staff's dedication truly stood out during the stay, especially with one young lady who offered to assist with room changes. Every area, from hallways to the lobby, maintained an impressive level of cleanliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Homemade desserts at check-in were delightful, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, it was noticeable that some food options were lacking variety, and occasional noise disruptions from adjacent rooms impacted sleep quality. Limited amenities in the room were also a drawback, especially for families needing more space.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, but the room was surprisingly clean and welcoming, keeping the comfort levels high. Breakfast offered a decent selection, even though some items were colder than I'd hoped. Housekeeping could use some improvement as towels were not replenished during the stay.

The facility felt new and well-maintained, with no visible damage or stains. The staff were excellent. Canyon at check-in and the morning desk attendant were professional and friendly. The breakfast area staff were also helpful. The overall cleanliness was impressive, from the lobby to the rooms, further enhancing the positive experience. My AC issue was quickly resolved, reflecting good customer service.

The pool was not well-kept, and breakfast options were served cold.
